Oakshire is a maintenance-provided townhome community of 150 residences, located in the heart of Overland Park, Johnson County, Kansas—part of the Kansas City metropolitan area. Developed in 1976, many of the original homeowners are still enjoying their homes here!

Oakshire is a “closely-knit” neighborhood where everyone knows your name! Our homeowners association is very active, with many volunteers serving on the Board of Directors and several committees.

Homes in Oakshire are spacious with varied floor plans--ranches, story and 1/2, two stories. Oakshire amenities include a lovely clubhouse, two heated pools and two tennis courts.

To maintain harmony and a standard of excellence in the community, Oakshire is governed by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The governing documents are strictly enforced, resulting in the safety, enjoyable living and welfare of all residents.
